Does anyone know where I could purchase refills for the Neat! Diaper Disposal System by Safety 1st?

HELP! I went to purchase these at my local Babies R Us store last week (as I have for the past 21/2 years). There were none, and the sales person said they are not being made or sold in the store anymore. I figured I'd be able to find them somewhere on-line, but I've had no luck. The Canadian Babies R Us site appears to have them, but they do not deliver to the US! I know I could just buy a new diaper disposal system like Diaper Genie or something, but since my daughter is so close to being potty trained, I really don't want to have to do that. Does anyone know something I don't? Where can I buy these? Or do any of you have some to sell? I'm on my last one, and getting desperate!
