I need YOUR opinion on how im excersing GOOD OR BAD!?

eat a small amount, then run. when you get back, u shouldnt be hungry, but if u are, eat something small again. you shouldnt eat big meals, but atleast 6 small meals a day so that you are never hungry, but never too full. just comfortable and perfect.
