My "Female" Hamster turned out to be a male..!!?

i haver a tought to be female teddy bear hamster but when i took a closer look it looked like she had ( pardon my language) the two holes a little farther apart and the top hole had something sticking out like a ....was that my mistaking or is she really a he? if it is a he should i change his name from honey to something else or would that confuse him if not what are some names for a cream and white hamster ( male )... Thx so much all answers appreciated.
