Could this be Pneumonia again ?

for the past week i have been sick with what i think is a cold. I have Asthma and my lung function is not the best its not horrible but it could be better. Anyway ive had a fever of up to 102 right now its low grade and ive been having alot of congestion and wheezing. Ive been doing my inhalers i have no home neb set or i would be doing that i guess my question is what can i do to help ive been taking musinex and everything i have had several boughts of pneumonia in the past i was hospitalized this past September for about a week because of it. please help i dont know what do to i cant get into see my doctor for a few more days and i dont wanna go down to the ER. also ive been very tired and im still congested could this still just be a cold ? also im having mild chest pain when I take a deep breath. And im having mild trouble breathing. or could it be something else ? thanks for ur help!
