Does anyone know where I could find a faceplate for a JBL MR-4 marine stereo?

The majority of manufacturers will replace parts if you ask them. Try checking their website or calling them and see if they will replace it. If not, you could always try the store you purchased it from, or check things like eBay or Craigslist.
