French drink my friend found in Mexico?

so my friends aunt recently came back from Mexico and brought back this french powder that you mix into your water and turns it green...she THINKS its called boisson. its really cool because its supposed to clean all your insides and clear out the grease and all the impurities in your body plus it'll totally illuminate all your acne and stuff...does anyone know what I'm talking about?
