What do i do about this?

My pc keeps rebooting every time i try it on a program which requires the graphics card for 3-d operation, its never done that before. i tried reseting the resolution and underlocking the processor by setting the FSB to 100Mhz instead of 133Mhz. Is something wrong with the graphics card or am i handling this the wrong way?
